A+R Tactics General Cancellation Policy

To ensure an optimal experience for all of our clients and the efficient operation of our business, while respecting our instructors' time and dedication, please note the following Cancellation Policy for A+R Tactics:

  1. Advance Cancellation: For all types of training, class, shoot house experience, group, and party reservations, or other services, we require cancellations to be made at least 48 hours in advance. This policy is crucial in managing our limited seating and availability effectively and allows others the opportunity to join.

  2. Cancellation Methods: We have streamlined the process for canceling or rescheduling your training reservation by offering three convenient methods:

  1. Account Credit for Timely Cancellation: If you cancel before the 48-hour deadline, we will credit your account with the amount paid. This credit can be used towards any future training, class, shoot house experience, group, or party reservation, providing flexibility and value for your investment in our services.

  2. No Refunds Policy: Please be aware that we do not offer refunds. However, the account credit system ensures that you can still benefit from our services at a later date that suits you.

  3. Late Cancellation Consequence: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled training, class, shoot house experience, group, party reservation, or other services, will result in the loss of your payment for that class.

A+R Tactics Cancellation for Members & Passholders

To ensure an optimal experience for all of our members and the efficient operation of our business, while respecting our instructors' time and dedication, please note the following Details and Cancellation Policies for A+R Tactic’s Members and Passholders:

  1. 6 Month Pass Validity: Your training passes are valid for six months from the date of purchase. We offer the flexibility for you to utilize these passes at your own pace and convenience, ensuring that you can fit training into your schedule effectively.  Passes are non-transferable.

  2. Advance Cancellation: For all types of training reservations, we require cancellations to be made at least 48 hours in advance. This advance notice is  crucial in managing our limited availability and allows others the opportunity to train.

  3. Late Cancellation Consequence: Please be aware that cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled class time will incur the deduction of one class/training from your package passes.

  4. Cancellation Methods: We have streamlined the process for canceling or rescheduling your training reservation by offering two convenient methods:

Cancellation & Membership Policy – Women’s Monthly Training Membership

We understand that life happens. That’s why we’ve built flexibility into your Women’s Monthly Training Membership—while also respecting the time and effort of our instructors and team.

Session Cancellation Policy

If you can’t make it to a session, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
This helps us keep training effective and fair for everyone.

  • Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice: No penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class: The session will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

Membership Management

You can now pause or cancel your membership at any time directly through your account.
No calls, no emails, and no hidden fees, just full control in your hands.

If you need a break, simply place your membership on hold before your next billing cycle. You can reactivate it whenever you're ready to return to training.
